We Have Family & Junior Classes Every Day of the Week.
Our Adults Gain Similar Benefits. However, The Tuition Makes Sure To Concentrate On The Cardio & Self Defence Elements That The Majority Of Our Adults Join Our Club To Help Them Improve.
We Also Have Recently Converted a few of our classes to Family Classes On Tuesdays (Braunstone), Wednesdays (Braunstone), Thursdays (Leicester) & Saturdays (City Centre) so that parents can train with their children (aged 7 years +) for better family scheduling & also a great activity to do together.
These Classes Consist Of Our Core Syllabus & Are Suitable For Children and Adults Alike. Any Paired Or Group Work That We Do In These Classes We Make Sure To Match Students With Others Of A Similar Height, Age Or Belt.
These Tend To Be Busier Classes, Filled With Great Energy.

Our classes start from 4 to 7 years in our Little Dragons programme where our youngsters learn martial arts skills & drills through fun based activities. This is a safe environment with a non contact approach to training, using targets to develop their range of skills. We can improve balance, co-ordination, concentration, confidence and physical performance. A confident and active child is far less likely to be a target for bullies.

These Classes Consist Of Our Core Syllabus But With A Greater Focus On Improving The Fitness & Cardio Abilities Of Our Adult Students As Well As A Higher Emphasis On Self Defence. Through The System We Have In Place However, Adults Will Still See An Increased Level Of Self Confidence & Positive Self Image.
